The treatment plan included atraumatic extraction of 14, degranulating the region and removal of cystic fluid from the sinus followed by regenerative procedures utilizing bone grafts and barrier membranes guided by defect morphology. Adjunctive therapies, including Er-YAG laser-assisted decontamination and locally delivered antimicrobials, has further enhanced the clinical outcomes.
