Return & Refund Policy
  1. Membership Dues:

    Membership dues are non-refundable. Once paid, membership fees cannot be refunded, transferred, or prorated for any reason.

  2. Educational Programs and Events:

    Refunds for educational programs and events are available according to the following guidelines:

    • Refund requests made more than 30 days before the start date of the program or event may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
    • Refund requests made within 30 days of the start date of the program or event may be subject to a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the program or event.

    In some cases, credits may be offered for future programs or events instead of a refund.

  3. Products and Publications:

    Refunds for products and publications (e.g., books, journals, software) are available under the following conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • A restocking fee may apply to certain items.

    Digital products (e.g., e-books, software downloads) are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

  4. Credentialing and Certification:

    Refunds for credentialing and certification fees are subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the respective credentialing program's guidelines. Please refer to the specific program documentation for details.

  5. Exceptions:

    The AAID reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to the above policy in extenuating circumstances.
