In moderate to severe maxillary resorption, few protocols used are all on four, all on X or V2V or Patzi. Dr Gunaseelan Rajan’s new ZyRAX technique is a safer, simpler alternative which has been published recently. The Bone Implant contact and FE analyses are very encouraging.
The other big advantage of this protocol is that there will be almost no need for pterygoid Implants or double ipsilateral Zygomas or quad Zygomas for Maxillary rehabilitation.
